Authenticity and comfortability is my main priority within the therapeutic space. I recognize the difficulty in talking about sex and relationships struggles/concerns and want to create a safe emotional dynamic to process and grow. I am affirming in all identities, kinks and relationships and recognize there is no one distinct way to navigate life.
I received my Masters in Marriage, Couples and Family Therapy with a specialized track in Sex Therapy. I enjoy working with individuals navigating dating, confidence struggles and developing/empowering your relationship with sex/sexuality. Within relationship work I want to improve communication, conflict and curated a sex life that leaves all parties feeling connected.
